By confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into.

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third-parties.

Any and all information collected by Libertine-Libertine (Libertine-Libertine.net) is used solely for the purpose of processing of your order.

We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.

Please refer to your order number when contacting us about your  order. 

We try to ship orders within 2-3 days.

Orders within the EU will be delivered within 4-6 business days. Orders outside the EU will be delivered within 7-12 business days.

All orders are shipped via GLS.

Orders without insurance are shipped on the costumer’s own risk.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If for some reason your order is unexpectedly delayed, we will let you know.

Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Please allow for additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Libertine-Libertine is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes or tariffs in your country.

When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code.

We use a security standard called 3D-Secure developed by VISA and MasterCard.

All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.

We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

All product prices include Danish VAT of 25%.

Libertine-Libertine has the right to change prices at any time.

We do not offer tax free purchases on orders if you are shopping from outside the EU.

Libertine-Libertine is not responsible for the payment of customs, taxes or tariffs in your country.

All transactions are handled and secured by PayPal.

You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days.

These 14 days begin from the day you receive your order.

Do NOT send your purchases back before you have received a 'go ahead' from us.

Contact shop@libertine-libertine.com if you are returning a purchase and await our confirmation.

When we have received your email we will get back to you as soon as possible to find the best solution for you.

If you are returning a product please note that it must be returned in original condition and in original, undamaged packaging, with price stickers, hang tags etc. still attached.

Your purchases must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

All products must be protected in a box or plastic bag.

Do not attach tape to the product or the product's packaging.

Libertine-Libertine reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above listed criteria.

Customers must pay for shipping and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, Libertine-Libertine is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking confirmation.

After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. All sales are final on markdowns.

IMPORTANT: Please clearly write RETURN on the package to ensure faster customs processing.

FAULTY PRODUCTIONS

If you think there is a fault with a product you have received, please contact us immediately.

To speed up the process, please attach photos and inform us of your order number. We will try to resolve any issue with faulty goods as quickly as possible.

Do NOT send the good back before you have received a 'go ahead' from us.

Contact shop@libertine-libertine.com if you believe you have received a faulty good. 

Note: We do not refund items, but we exchange them if possible.

If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your shipment contact us immediately.

Please include your order number and the name of the missing item.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
All products sold on shop.

Libertine-Libertine.net are subject to 2 years warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.

If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by e-mail shop@libertine-libertine.com.

Remember to include your order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and if applicable, a description of how the fault occurred.

We will do our best to get the claim processed as quickly as possible
